200 Menzgold customers receive their money as NAM1 begins payment

Nana Appiah Mensah, the CEO of Menzgold has confirmed the payment of funds to some customers of Menzgold who have their money with the company.

According to the embattled businessman, this is the first batch of customers per the category of Menzgold payment schedules.

In a post on his social media handles, Nana Appiah Mensa added that payment is not proceeding at a faster rate as he preferred due to the fact that his accounts have been frozen by the state.

But he is committed to paying every customer who has his funds locked up with the gold dealership company.

Nana Appiah Mensah posted:

He wrote, “I note with excitement that, the first batch from the first category of the Menzgold payment schedule has been successfully made today; 27th December 2019 by the “third party” appointed.

I admit that the momentum is not as fast as we desire in the face of; the bank accounts freeze, assets preservation and more importantly, huge sum of debts owed Menzgold overseas not yet recovered, but we’re committed to providing payment service with speed in the weeks ahead, as we endeavor to overcome these impediments in the best interest of all customers, stakeholders and for the good people of our dear republic. Kindly accept my best compliments of this festive season.”
