CEO of Rufftown Records, Ricky Nana Agyeman aka Bullet, has revealed a new female talent signed to his record label.
“Her name is Wendy Shay, beauty with talent, versatile and different. she is not here to replace my queen Ebony Reigns as speculated. Ebony Reigns is irreplaceable!” he warned.

Here a few things you need to know about the Rufftown records signee.
Her real name is Wendy Addo, a Ghanaian who lives in Stuttgart, Germany. She speaks in Deutsche, English language and French. Wendy Shay is set to be unveiled by the label in due time.
