Lynx Entertainment signee, MzVee born Vera Hamenoo Kpeda has bemoaned of social media users mocking her for having a cat as a pet.
A belief that has long been established is that cat meat is a delicacy for Voltarians.

MzVee posted a photo of her holding a cat on her Insta stories and the replies she got somehow infuriated her to spit a little anger on some of them who had minor fears for the safety of her cat because of her ethnicity.

According to MzVee, though there’s that knowledge of Ewes being lovers of cat meat, but, rest assured, this cat is a friend and not food.

So it seems that Ewe’s can’t have pet cats without being placed under suspicion for rearing the poor animals for food. MzVee had the most entertaining reaction to this experience.
