Leader and founder of Glorious Word International, Rev Owusu Bempah, has bitterly lamented that Nana Addo has betrayed the trust he had for him.
As claimed by Owusu Bempah, he put his life on the line for Nana Addo to become president but he has stabbed in the back in the end.

Addressing the reason behind his sentiment that Nana Addo has betrayed him, Rev Owusu Bempah groaned over the fact that both Nana Addo and Dr Bawumia couldn’t stop his arrest by the police following his feud with Nana Agradaa.
He continued that, both the president and his vice whom he sacrificed a lot for some years ago played varying roles in his predicament, from his arrest through to detention and processing for court.
“One day, I will speak out. How I suffered because of Nana Akufo-Addo, I put my life in my hand, whenever I am going about, people follow me with guns and cars. You became president and after getting what you want, thrashed me. I should be disgraced?”

“As for me, I am pained by Akufo-Addo, that order from above that caused me to be handcuffed to a bed, gave me a shock.”
After voicing out his grievances about his ill-famed arrest, he also recounted how he terribly fell ill in the police’s custody;
“I was sent to Police hospital and while a drip was one me in a bed, I was handcuffed to the bed in the name of order from above. Akufo-Addo and Bawumia were in the know and Dampare was doing such things,”
