Nana Yeboah & Motion battle for Assemblyman post at Santasi Electoral Area

The Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana will be holding the District Assembly Members’ election on Sunday, December 17, 2019. Many well-known facest have filed their forms to contest for assemblymember position in their areas.

Two Ghanaians who are contesting to be elected as assemblymembers in Santasi Electoral Area in Kumasi in the Ashanti has generated heated discussion on various social media platforms.

First-person who filed his form was Felix Yeboah aka Nana Yeboah, the popular Kumawood actor who has become a national sensation due to his ability to insult.

The past few weeks have seen Nana Yeboah’s popularity rising after short videos of him insulting people in a very demeaning manner surfaced on social media.

People find it hilarious that he is using that fame gained from insulting people to stand for national elections.

Contesting Nana Yeboah in the Santasi Electoral area is a popular Rastafarian, Kwaku Yeboah alias Motion. On his poster, Rasta Motion says he will fight for “Equal right and Justice For All”.

Just like Nana Yeboah, some social media users have taken to social media to make funny comments about Rasta Motions’ quest to be the assemblyman of Santasi.
