Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah shouldn’t have fought for Ghana’s independence – Shatta Wale

Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has stated that Ghanaโ€™s independence fought by the late Dr. Kwame Nkrumah was needles citing Nelson Mandelaโ€™s South Africa as an example.

According to the self-acclaimed dancehall king,ย the long stay of the British in South Africa contributed to their enviable development comparable to Ghana who protested against colonial rule. In a Facebook live, the โ€˜Gringoโ€™ hitmaker posited that;

โ€œSee black man. Black man no dey fit keep e own things well. You go white man e country, you go see things. Go see South Africa. Mandela said โ€˜let the white people stay here and do their work..โ€

Although Dr Kwame Nkrumah and his associates wanted the best for Ghanaians, itโ€™s unfortunate that everything is messed up right after his tenure.
