Kumawood actress, Safina Haroun has disclosed that the movie industry is on the verge of collapse due to poor storyline and actors who are not qualified for the roles.
According to the well-endowed actress, she does not agree with the view that telenovelas are the reason behind the sudden collapse of the Ghana Movie Industry.

“I do not side with people when they say that telenovelas are affecting the movie industry. Most of our storylines are one way, bad movie titles and poor cameras are used in shooting the movie.
Most of the actors are not fit to play specific roles but they are still given lead roles to play. People say kumawood movies are always about witchcraft or love stories and its true. They are not ready to learn”, she disclosed.

Safina Haroun is popularly known for declaring last year that she does not mind acting a porno movie if it has a good storyline and educative.
She recently produced a movie titled “The Taste of a Woman” which is yet to be premiered and completely went nude.
