MzVee is not in a state to do music professionally – Richie Mensah

Richie reveals the secret behind Kidi,Kuami Eugene and Mzvee's success

The CEO of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah has finally spoken on the where about of Mzvee following her long absence from the music scene.

According to Richie Mensah, Mzvee is not in the real state of mind as at now to do professional music, hence her long absence from the industry.

Richie explained that Mzvee’s absence is not because she is pregnant and it is also not because she has been kicked out of Lynx Entertainment but her silence is due to personal reasons he won’t share with the public.

“The reason you’ve not heard from MzVee is a personal reason for her and this is not something that Lynx will ever come out and communicate, not something she’ll communicate unless she’s ready to communicate that,” Richie said on Joy FM’s Showbiz A-Z.

“But to answer all the rumors, is MzVee pregnant? She’s not. Is MzVee still signed to Lynx to entertainment? Yes, she is. Why has MzVee been quiet? That one is personal,” Mzvee’s boss added.

“I can’t say she is showing disinterest in music because where she is right now, she is not in the state to be doing music professionally”

Mzvee herself has come out to give the reason for her absence without going into many details. According to the “Natural Girk” crooner, she is not pregnant but 2018 was a very challenging year for her hence, her absence.

“2018 has been a very challenging year for me which has led to some impossible decisions. I know I have been quiet for some time now, I want to assure my fans I am not pregnant Neither am I getting married!!! With time all questions will be answered” she wrote on Instagram.”

Meanwhile, For the past few weeks, social media has been rife with rumors that Lynx Entertainment has dumped Mzvee for DopeNation, the “Eish” hitmakers.
