Ghpage.com has received reports from multiple sources that there is massive sexual abuse ongoing at the Greater Accra SRC Council and at the heart of it is the Regional SRC Chairman, Randolph Osei Buabeng, and his secretary, Christopher Kudjoe Loic.
According to the report, there is an ongoing Congress to elect new SRC leaders and the Regional SRC Chairman and The Regional SRC secretary has turned it into sex for a position contest.
Ghpage.com speaking to one of the victims [Identity withheld], who is a student and currently at the Congress, was told the secretary was the first to ask her out something she turned down politely but she later found out it was a deliberate attempt by both the Secretary and Chairman to have a threesome with her.
She later found out it’s an ongoing thing at the Congress and it even rumored they had sex with another female student in the bush.
On Thursday, 23rd August 2018, the Congress had a dinner night and according to a second victim [Name withheld], the Secretary and the same Chairman forcefully had sex with her after the dinner.
As it stands, it’s a common knowledge that that is the practice of the Greater Accra SRC Chairman Randolph Osei Buabeng, and his secretary, Christopher Kudjoe Loic. In fact, it’s an open secret at the ongoing Congress.
Before this publication, Ghpage.com reached out to the Chairman of the Greater Accra Regional SRC Council, Randolph Osei Buabeng and he denied the allegations. According to him, all the allegations are false. He even stated that he was never at the dinner night; He was fast asleep.
Speaking with Greater Accra Regional SRC Council Secretary, Christopher Kudjoe Loic, he also likewise denied these accusations and also stated that he was the MC at the dinner and no time did that incident happen.
