The organizer of Ghana Music Awards UK Alordia has revealed that Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale is a bigger brand in the UK than his compatriots Stonebwoy and BET Hip-hop winner Sarkodie.

According to the event organizer in an interview with Prince Tsegah on Hitz FM revealed that Shatta Wale on any day is the sole person to pull the crowd in any UK event because though Stonebwoy and Sarkodie are big they don’t come close to Shatta in the UK.

“Shatta is more popular in the UK. Shatta Wale is doing very in London. People will love to attend his shows more than Sarkodie and Stonebwoy.

“It is not only about songs…it is not about who have better songs, people consider stagecraft, communication and other things,” he said.

On his ideal artiste to grace a show in the UK amongst the three big acts, he went in for Shatta Wale.

“Right now if I am to put a show together here, Sarkodie and Stonebwoy will get crowd but Shatta Wale can pull in more crowd than these two artistes.”
