Former British High Commissioner to Ghana, Jon Benjamin has finally spoken about the terrible incident that occurred over the weekend at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards involving Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
The Former British High Commissioner to Ghana was asked by a Twitter user to give his opinion on the incident which caused Stonebwoy to draw out a gun.
Benjamin in his comments condemned both stars for their actions. He said whilst Wale was wrong to have caused a ‘fracas’, Stonebwoy was even more wrong for pulling out a gun in public.
“I’m not in favour of causing a fracas. I’m very much more not in favour of pulling a gun.”
The incident caused, Iain Walker, the current British ambassador to Ghana to flee for his life
