According to reports, Ghpage.com has picked up from the Nigeria Media, the much expected Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh’s Reality show dubbed “King Tonto” may likely not come on air anytime soon because the ex-husband of the actress has seeking court injunction on the TV show.
Tonto Dikeh and her ex-husband, Mr. Olakunle Churchill parted in a ‘blood’ divorce that got not only Nigerians talking but the whole world.
According to what Ghpage.com gathered, Mr. Olakunle Churchill has filed a suit at a family court in Lagos seeking a stop in the Reality show on the basis of their son’s appearance in the TV show.Tonto Dikeh with Ex husband
According to the man, he wants to protect the image of his son who is a minor. Part of the court letter reads:
“Such reality show exposes the life and times of the 1st Applicant, who is a minor, at a time when he cannot make a decision for himself. This exposure is prejudicial to his growth and welfare of his son, the first Applicant.”
The court has, therefore, ordered the actress to hold on with the release of the show until the court reaches a decision. The show was produced by Linda Ikeji Media Limited
