A young man has shared an inspiring story on Facebook which shows that indeed it really pays to be kind.
In a post sighted on Facebook, the young man explained how an ice-cream seller received an amount of 10,000 cedis from one of his child customers he helped years ago.
The ice-cream seller who has been doing this works for over 30 years could not believe his eyes when the money was handed over to him.
According to the post, the ice-cream seller resides in Cape Coast in the Central Region and always gives out free ice creams to children especially when they don’t have money.
The post read; “The man in the pictures below sold yogurt for 30 years in Cape Coast and was always nice to young children and gave them free yogurt especially when they don’t have money. His good deeds came back haunting him when one of his child customers, now grown, surprised him with a 10,000Ghc as appreciation. Good deeds still truly does pay off!”
