CEO of SarkCess Music and Ghana’s most decorated artiste, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known in showbiz circles as Sarkodie is one of the richest artists, not just in Africa but the whole of the African continent according to Forbes but the only controversy that has been raised against him is his lack of giving.
Born Micheal Owusu Addo, Sarkodie has been trending over the widespread belief and tag that has been hanged around his neck as a stingy wealthy man.
Even before their beef, Shatta Wale once attacked Sarkodie by calling him a selfish and stingy being who thinks about himself alone.

Barely two weeks, Sarkodie was dressed down by social media after his ill-advised tweet in relation to how he sees Africa’s political future.
After his tweet, a Twitter user with the name @adwoakiki revealed that Sarkodie is stingy and never pays for his boys when they go out to chop Omo Tuo yet has the guts to say what he said.

After the release of Sark’s “Biibi Ba” which featured Toy Boi x Tulenkey x Kofi Mole x CJ Biggerman x Amerado x Yeyo x 2fingers x Lyrical Joe x OBKAY and Frequency, many music lovers ask questions whether Sarkodie, like Strongman and Akwaboah, going to sign some of these talented lyricists on his record label.
The SarkCess music CEO noted in an interview revealed that he can’t sign any of them unto his record label.
According to Sark, he’s reluctant to sign and shape the career of these rising artists but is ever ready to help them in any way possible.

“Signing any of the artists I featured on Biibi Ba will be hard for me now. However, I will be there for them if they need verses on their tracks,” Sarkodie said in the interview.
Meanwhile, the rapper on countless occasions refuted such claims. According to Sarkodie, it is not surprising that he is often chastised for being stingy despite his wealth.
In an interview with Andy Dosty of Hitz FM, the “Biibiba” hitmaker noted that he’s not happy about the widespread belief and tag that has been hanged around his neck as a stingy wealthy man.
