Information reaching Ghanapage.com reveals that the talented striker of the Ghana Black Stars Asamoah Gyan has sent debt collectors to his Turkish club Kayserispor to seize properties over his unpaid salary.

According to reports, Asamoah Gyan and his lawyers have tried several attempts to recover his money but it all proved futile so his final course of action was seizing properties which belonged to his football club.

Apparently, the lawyers of the football club contacted Asamoah Gyan’s legal team to give them more time to pay the outstanding debt.

The 33-year old striker of the senior national team accepted the offer of the Turkish club to pay the money later.

Asamoah Gyan joined the Turkish club on 5th July 2017 and has played 17 official matches, scored five goals and made three assists for the Kayserispor team.

Recently, he retired from the Black Stars after Coach Kwesi Appiah decided to make Andre Ayew the new captain of the national team.

However, a day later he reversed his decision following a discussion with the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo.
