Let me refresh your memory, when Ghpage.com tracked down the man Kwaku who is based in the USA for the confirmation that he was indeed married to the actress, he revealed they are still married.
Kwaku explained that he married Benedicta Gafah at the Registrar of Marriage and Divorce at Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) almost 4 years ago.
The marriage did not last more than a month after he caught Benedicta Gafah making love to Bishop Daniel Obinim, the founder of International Godsway Church.
He added that they are still married because they have not dissolved the marriage yet at KMA.
Well, we have an update to Kwaku’s narration. The young Ghanaian rich man based in the United States of America has just taken his time to explain why they are still married.
According to him, Benedicta Gafah is demeaning GH¢30,000 (300 million old Cedis) before she signs the divorce papers.
Kwaku explained that all he wants is to be free and have his peace of mind but Benedicta Gafah is not giving him any of that.
They have been in and out of courts many times just because Benedicta Gafah refuses to sign the divorce papers for the marriage which only lasted less than a month to be dissolved legally.
