Brother Sammy’s ‘Diss’ Song To Cecilia Marfo And Ernest Opoku was Out Of Pain – Patience Nyarko

One of the most trending issues in entertainment circles is the diss song, popular gospel singer Samuel Opoku aka Brother Sammy has recorded for his enemies.

Gospel Musician Patience Nayrko has added her voice to the numerous Ghanaians who criticised brother Sammy after he released a ‘diss’ song for Prophetess Cecilia Marfo and colleague Ernest Opoku.

The ‘Obi Nyani me’ hitmaker said after carefully listening to Bro. Sammy’s song, she realized someone might have probably hurt him.

“I can see the pain in him after listening to the song carefully. Perhaps, he was referring to his critics and detractors, but he should have forgiven them,” Patience Nyarko said on Atinka TV’s morning show on Friday, April 13.

She added that people usually take advantage of their faith and offend them with ease because they know real Christians don’t pay evil with evil.

Well, responding for the first time on why he recorded the diss song, Brother Sammy revealed that he intentionally recorded the song to cause controversy and that more is on the way coming.

“I’ve recorded worship and praise songs but not a controversial song so this is a controversial song for the people. I’m just waiting for the public’s thought on it before I decide whether to release it or not,” he said.
