Ghanaian uprising female and lead artiste of Ruff Town Records, Wendy Shay has stated that she was destined to be managed by Ricky Nana Agyemang popularly known as Bullet, CEO of Rufftown Records.
Wendy Shay was signed onto the record label after the death of Ebony Reigns.
Wendy in an interview indicated that she has been blessed to have Bullet as her manager and really loves working with him.

“I feel like family with him. They discuss everything with me. It was divine… meeting Bullet. I knew I was destined to be with him”.
The ‘Uber Driver’ hitmaker noted that she is been compared with her late label mate, Ebony but as time goes on she will stand out.
“Since we are both from the same label, obviously there’s gonna be a comparison. It’s normal. It’s just time. I need time to clear it off their eyes. I am not pressuring that at all. If they see my hard work and agenda they will appreciate me for who I am.”
