Ghanaian musician, actor and comedian David Oscar Dogbe have launched a verbal attack on some Ghanaian musicians for composing sexually explicit songs.
In a Facebook post, he applauded Ghanaian reggae and dancehall artist Samini for composing songs such as ‘Obaa‘ and ‘My Own’ which he described as dignifying songs.

It is obvious he was referring to Shatta Wale, Edem, Kwabena Kwabena and Praye in his attack.
He condemned them for composing sexually explicit songs that demean and symbolizes women as sex objects.
According to him, such sexually explicit songs do not offer any positive message to the youth.
