Anderson Ofosuhene Anim aka Morio Gee, the owner of the notorious leak/sex tape website, Empressleak who was busted by a joint operation of police and Cybercrime unit has finally been granted bail.
His bail conditions have been set at GH¢300,000 with two sureties to be justified with landed property.

The court presided over by Susana Eduful ordered that the documents to the landed property must be deposited at the court’s registry pending the final determination of the case.
According to prosecution, Anderson Ofosuhene who is a website designer operated his website, empress leak from Osino in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
The prosecution told the court Anderson extorted money between ¢100-¢500 from his victims. And even if the victims settled him, he still splashes social media and his website with the sex tapes and photos.
Inspector Princess Tetteh Boafo, the prosecutor revealed the Cybercrime Unit of Criminal Investigation Department (CID) received reports of Anderson Ofosuhene Anim operating a website where he publishes nude videos and photos of Ghanaian children and adults without their knowledge.

The prosecution revealed on 30th January 2020, the cybercrime unit stormed Amin’s residence in Osino where he was caught in the act uploading videos unto Empressleak. He was immediately arrested and all his digital devices seized by the team.
Already efforts are underway to arrest his accomplices who recorded nude videos and photos of ladies and send them to him for a few.
Following the prosecution’s information to the court that they were waiting for the Attorney General’s advice, the court ordered the Prosecution to file AG’s advice within one month.

Anderson Ofosuhene Anim, the owner of empressleak is being held on charges of child pornography, the publication of obscene materials and cybercrime, and money laundering. The case has been adjourned to 12th October.
