Dancehall artist Epixode has waded into the Ebony Tribute Concert brouhaha between Ebony’s father and Bullet, former manager of the late dancehall diva.
According to Epixode who has been labelled as one of the artists who allegedly took money to perform at Ebony’s Tribute Concert, he pleaded for peace to reign and added he did what he was supposed to do for the love of the fallen queen and never charged a dime for his performance.

“So why can’t we allow our 90s Badgyal rest!!!!!!!!!! What is dis thing I hear going round that I received ghc700 for performing at ebony’s tribute concert?
If I may ask, was it money to buy fuel to de concert or money to buy water for my team?”
“First and foremost, it was a TRIBUTE concert So I went there to pay my tribute to one of the very few artists I have a personal relationship with”

“Secondly, I went there out of the love I have for Priscilla whom I knew before she became de 90s bad gyal.
Lastly, I never had any interaction with Bullet prior to de event to even agree on payment. My interactions were with dj Shiwawa and they did not include any payment.”
“I played that show for EBONY for free just like I did for her when she was alive at her bonified concert cos our relationship went beyond the music industry.”
