Reports reaching Ghanapage.com indicates that the member of parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has rendered an unqualified apology to parliament over his recent comments.
The controversial member of parliament referred to the parliament house of Ghana as ‘cheap and useless’ and was found guilty for contempt.

The matter which was investigated by the Privileges Committee stated that Kennedy Agyapong was indeed in contempt of parliament for the remarks he made and could either be reprimanded or suspended.
Well, Kennedy Agyapong has apologised for his comments and insisted that he never referred to parliament as ‘useless’.

However, parliament adopted the option to reprimand him and cautioned him to go and sin no more.
Kennedy Agyapong allegedly made this statement in June 2018 whiles speaking on a morning show but denied the accusations filed against him when he appeared at the privileges committee last year.
