King Promise talks about the inspiration behind his “CCTV” song

It is no doubt that one of the banging songs in Ghana at the moment is King Promise‘s “CCTV” song which features R2bees Mugeez and Ghana’s fastest rapper Sarkodie.

Well, the Legacy Life Entertainment signee, King Promise has disclosed the inspiration behind his hit song.

According to King Promise in an interview with Kwame Bee on Kasapa Fm revealed that he got the inspiration from R2bee’s “Walahi” song which was released in 2013 and made him thought of writing of similar lyrics.

“‘Walahi’ has been my inspiration and that is how I came about CCTV because I thought of doing a motivational song to speak with my people.”

“CCTV” which was produced by legendary beat maker Killbeatz is not only on rotation by some stations in the month of June it was rated number one on the Musicians Union of Ghana top ten most played songs on the radio.
