Award-winning singer and performer, Gregory Promise Bortey Newman, with stage name ‘King Promise’ was a star performer at yesterday’s Ghana meets Naija —which happened at the Fantasy Dome at the Trade Fair in Accra.
He thrilled patrons with some of his hit tracks, ‘selfish’, ‘oh yea’, among others.
There it got to his song of the moment CCTV. He introduced Mugeez dressed in a cassock and who featured on that song with Sarkodie — got the patrons on their feet dancing and singing along with them.

Aside from amusing the fans at this year’s edition of Ghana meets Naija, King Promise had placed Ghana on the global stage after his hit single took the number one spot on the popular UAB Show on Rinse FM in the UK.
