One of the trending news in Ghana is the video of Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi’s junior pastor, Osofo Appiah being assaulted by 4 men in a bedroom. According to the report, she was caught attempting to sleep with a married woman.
Although Osofo Appiah himself has not reacted to the trending video yet, people close him has given a different explanation to what really happened.

According to Apostle Kennedy Affreh, an associate pastor of Osofo Appiah and close friend, he was set up by a lady he knows already as far back as Kumasi.
According to Affreh whose statement the leadership of Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi’s church Glorious Wave International Church, he was set up by a woman called Deborah.

He explained that Deborah was hired by a popular man of God who has problems with Emmanuel Badu Kobi and wants to shame him. Deborah allegedly called Osofo Appiah that she has a stomach problem and needs help because her sister has traveled to Kumasi
Osofo Appiah according to Apostle Kennedy offered to send her money to go to the hospital but she insisted he comes personally.

They made him remove his clothes and pushed him into the bedroom to give the impression he was naked in the bedroom.

It’s not clear now if this new twist is a cover for the shame Osofo Appiah is going through or not but the leadership of Glorious Wave Chruch has reported the issue to the police and we are waiting for the official statement from the police after the investigation.
