Ghpage.com reported on 5th August 2018 that Dr. Osei Kwame Despite the CEO of the Despite Group has granted Power of Attorney to Mr. Alfred Kwame Larbi the CEO of Oxzy Promotions to sue Evangelist Kwame Addai Emmanuel for slander and defamation in the USA.
The Power of Attorney also authorizes Mr. Alfred Kwame Karbi aka DJ Oxzy to file a legal suit against Social media platforms, YouTube and Facebook, the platforms which Kwame Addai used to make his slanderous comments against the Despite Group of companies and its CEO.
On 2nd July 2018, Ghpage.com reported about a video making rounds on social media of Evangelist Addai declaring Dr. Osei Kwame Despite an occult.
Kwame Addai went on to allege that the blood that was donated during the Despite Group Health Fair on 30th June 2018 at the El-Wak stadium will be used by Dr. Osei Kwame Despite for his rituals.

Despite all attempts by the Despite Group and its CEO to get Kwame Addai to retract his slanderous and defamatory statements fell on deaf ears.
He went on mad more damning allegations against the CEO and even some of the workers of the Despite Group such as Abeiku Santana.
Despite finally granted a Power of Attorney to DJ Oxzy to sue Addai, Facebook, and Youtube, something Addai came out to rubbished after Ghpage.com reported it.

Well, the suit to the social media platforms has been delivered, Ghpage.com can confirm. The suit to Facebook was delivered by a bailiff whiles that of Youtube was delivered through Email and a bailiff.
Ghpage.com has a copy of the reply Youtube gave after the suit was sent and a notice Mr. Alfred Kwame Larbi wrote to Youtube giving the platform 21 days to take punitive actions against Evangelist Addai.
Part of the notice reads:
I hereby demand that Youtube should delete/remove all Mr. Emmanuel Addai defamatory videos against us and if possible cease him from making defamatory and false statements/videos against our people within 21 days of the date of this letter and notify us in writing when these tasks have been completed.
