The Worldwide Mobile Data Pricing 2022 has released a report which is complied by Cable.co.uk on the countries with the cheapest mobile data.
This survey was conducted in 233 countries across the world to determine how cheap or costly mobile data is for users.
The findings were based on the cost of one gigabyte (GB) of data in the countries studied.
After analysing 12 data plans, Ghana ranked 40th with an average price of $0.61 (5.12) per gigabyte.
Ghana, on the other hand, is ranked second in Africa after Libya. Somalia and Morocco took third and fourth place, respectively.

- Yemen – $16.58 per GB
- Tokelau – $17.88 per GB
- Sao Tome and Principe – $29.49 per GB
- Falkland Island – $38.48 per GB
- Saint Helena – $41.06 per GB
