Dancehall artist, Stonebwoy, appears to have paid no mind to a press release by Zylofon Media to the effect that all persons seeking to book artistes signed up with the company must do so through Zylofon Media.
According to reports gathered, Ghanaian dancehall artist, Stonebwoy have taken a booking without using Zylofon Media’s established channels.
A few days ago, following Stonebwoy’s much-reported tussle with Zylofon Media’s Bulldog, the company eventually released a press statement issuing a thinly veiled threat of legal action towards anyone who booked their artists without going through the company.
Interestingly enough, on the same day, it was announced that Stonebwoy would be headlining the VGMA nominees jam on March 23rd.
In an attempt to verify if Stonebwoy’s VGMA nominees jam booking was any different from the one where he performed at Legon campus, Charterhouse’s PRO wasn’t ready to reveal as to why the dancehall artist was booked but upon inquiries from Zylofon Media’s PRO Samual Atuobi Baah, he revealed that the company had not received any official invitation or had no idea Stonebwoy would be performing on March 23rd.
The question we are raising is; Is Stonebwoy ready to work with Zylofon after all the fracas? Let’s know your view in the comment section below
