Winner of Hitmaker Season 7 and Bhim Nation signee, Okailey Verse, popularly known as OV has revealed that her ultimate dream was to become a lawyer.
In an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, the musician who is signed onto Stonebwoy’s Burniton Music Group said her parents’ disagreed with her to pursuing law due to the misconception that lawyers are buried face-down when they die.
OV said after the law career was killed she wanted to join Ghana’s Armed Forces leading her to buy forms but for obvious reasons, she wasn’t selected.

“I wanted to read law after Senior High School but my parents said when I die, they will bury me face down. They wanted me to join the military because I had the vibe…,” she revealed.
in the same interview, she explained why she’s always tagged as a lezbian. According to her, it was her late brother who thaught her tomboy lifestyle but unfortunately, he kicked the bucket prior to the climax of the 2018 MTN Hitmaker show.
