The founder and leader of Heaven’s Gate Ministries, Nicholas Osei popularly known as Prophet Kumchacha has pointed out that the use of marijuana is not sinful.
According to the controversial prophet, the abuse of the drug makes it bad but there is nothing sinful in using marijuana.

Prophet Kumchacha further stated that marijuana has several medicinal purposes and it shouldn’t be seen as something evil.
“Marijuana is used to cure illnesses. Just that the abuse of it is the problem. The use of cocaine and marijuana is not sinful”, Prophet Kumchacha stated.
Prophet Kumchacha was reacting to Rev Abbeam Ampomah Danso advice to pastors to stop preaching against marijuana.
According to Rev Abbeam, marijuana was created by God to cure ailments and that the Bible does not speak against it.
He also indicated that some leaders are ignorant about the benefits of marijuana and how it can generate revenue for the country.
