“Anas is a ‘Mahama Boy”; He works for ex-prez John Mahama” – Chairman Wontumi

The outspoken Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Bernard Antwi Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has revealed that ace mysterious Ghanaian journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas is an NDC member who works for former president John Dramani Mahama of the opposition NDC and his brother, Ibrahim Mahama.

Ever since Anas announced that he is about to premiere his latest video on exposing and shaming corruption titled Number 12 which is centered on corruption in the Ghana Football Association and Politics, some leaders in the ruling NPP led by Assin North Member of Parliament, Kennedy Agyapong has been on a warpath with Anas.

He has stated on several platforms that Anas is equally corrupt so he does not have the moral right to accuse anyone of corruption. He has vowed to expose the journalist whose identity is unknown among most Ghanaians and to show videos of him taking bribes.

Ghanaians are still digesting these damning revelations from the lawmaker and Chairman Wontumi has thrown more fire at Anas. According to him, Anas is not only corrupt, he is an NDC member who works for former president John Mahama and his brother, Ibrahim Mahama.

Referring to Anas as a “Mahama Boy”, Chairman Wontumi revealed that he once pulled a gun on Anas when he tried to blackmail him and extort money from him.

Chairman Wontumi said:

“I don’t know Anas in NPP; I know Anas to be a Mahama Boy. He works for the NDC. He is a very corrupt guy and very soon I will come out. I once pulled a gun on him”, he said.

“If you take his tapes to the lab, you can detect they have been cut and some taken out; that is what will make you know he is a liar”, he said.
