Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta following the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus (covid-19) in the country he has placed a ban on having intercourse (se.x) with the aim of reducing the spread of the virus.

As part of the government’s directive to fight against the virus, the ban has been placed on se.x between couples for the next six months. The new order came after Kenya recorded its 19th coronavirus case in the country.
This new directive enforces couples to keep separate beds at home and practice separate sleeping to prevent the spread of the deadly disease.
In the wake of this directive, churches and mosques have also been closed down until further notice.
In the past weeks, the number of cases of COVID-19 outside China has increased very rapidly, and the number of affected countries has quadrupled within a short period of time.

From Reuters reports there are now more than 118,000 cases in 114 countries, and 4,291 people have lost their lives. Thousands more are fighting for their lives in hospitals.
