Ghanaian musician, Eazzy has suggested that female artistes in Ghana should dress raunchy like their female international counterparts when they mount stages.
She mentioned names such as Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez who are mostly on stage showing some cleavage and noted for wearing skimpy dresses. Eazzy said Ghanaian female artists should also perform in that manner.
According to her, such dresses which are termed as ‘indecent’ by the society rather make them comfortable when they mount stages to perform to the admiration of their fans.

She said:
“Mzbel was also very enlightened and ahead of our time. I watched her outfits when I was growing up and it was nice because I watched Beyonce and the likes of Jennifer Lopez do it, but people penalize us so much,”
Some female musicians have argued that their way of dressing is part of the show business and that people should learn to accept that.

She complained that journalists criticize their dresses but turn round to enjoy their music describing them as hypocrites.
She believes the music industry will be better if artists are supported and not being insulted due to their indecent dressing.
