Popular Ghanaian comedian cum teacher, Michael Owusu Afriyie a.k.a Teacher Kwadwo has had his contract with Chinese telecom giant Huawei cancelled prematurely over rape and paedophile allegations.
Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications equipment company, Huawei Technologies endorsed the sensational comedian as their ambassador for the promotion of Huawei Mate 20 series.
As part of the package, Huawei technologies on October 23, 2018, flew some entertainment personalities in Ghana including Teacher Kwadwo to United Arab Emirates (Dubai) purposely to the launch of their latest phones, Huawei Mate 20 series.

From what we gather, a group of women supposedly known as Pepper Dem Ministries reported the social media comic actor over some posts he made years ago which seemed to perpetuate rape culture.
The group we gather did not only report him to Huawei, but also to his employer, Ghana Education Service demanding his sack as well.
On September 22, 2016, Teacher Kwadwo who teaches at the Akrofuom D/A Primary in the Adanse South District, Ashanti Region took to his Facebook page and updated his timeline with a paedophilia-related post.

Two months after the above post, Teacher Kwadwo for reasons best known to him came to Facebook and updated his timeline with another paedophilia-related post.
In a letter addressed to Teacher Kwadwo, GES seemed to have transferred the affectionate teacher from his current school although vital portions of the letter were covered.
“Our attention has been drawn notably to your social media posts of September 22, 2016, November 2, 2016, and May 5, 2017, all of which tend to objectify sex, promote, sustain and perpetuate the rape culture,” the letter read.
However, Teacher Kwadwo has deleted all posts relating to Huawei and has cautioned his fans not to mention or tag him in any of their products.
