Kantanka Automobile has made another technological breakthrough in its operations with the launch of sports car that has just three wheels at the 38th annual Technology exhibition which happened on 30th December 2018.
The new 3 wheel sports car which was manufactured by The Kantanka Technological Centre of Excellence (KTCE), has two front tires and only one at the back.
The two doors of this sports car are also opened by rotating vertically at a fixed hinge.

The exhibition, which was on the theme: “Advancing the frontiers of science, creativity and technology through religion to transform society”, was graced by the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, and other dignitaries, including the Senior Minister, Mr Yaw Osafo-Maafo; the Minister of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng; Members of Parliament, representatives of the various security agencies and traditional leaders.
The excitement at the venue intensified when one of the V8 vehicles, christened “Kantanka Otumfuo”, ceased to move after its driver drank an alcoholic beverage moments before entering the vehicle.
Also on display were foodstuffs, including species of plantain, yam and cocoyam planted with organic fertiliser.
