NAM1 demolishes his 4-Star Royal Richester hotel

Nana Appiah Mensah, the CEO of Zylofon Media and Menzgold keeps proving to Ghanaians and his followers that ‘money no be problem give am’. He has demolished the 4-Star Royal Richester hotel he bought in 2017.

NAM1 bought the Royal Richester hotel in October 2017 to host the National headquarters of Zylofon Media as well as host the Zylofon TV.

Well, reports Ghpage.com has it that, Nana Appiah Mensah barely after a year of buying the 4-Star hotel has broken it down to erect a new one in its place.

We don’t know the motivation behind it yet but obviously, the rich young man has great plans for the former site of the Royal Richester hotel. It’s located at East Legon.

Recently, NAM1 donated GHS1 Million to the National Cheif Imam to support his foundation. He has equally singed some of the best musicians, actors, and actresses in a juicy deal unto his Zylofon Media label.
