Nigerians descend on Nicki Minaj for jamming to a Ghanaian song

American rapper Nicki Minaj has incurred the wrath of Nigerians on social media for jamming to a Ghanaian song with her boyfriend.

The award-winning artist and her fiancé Kenneth Petty in an Instagram post by Nicki Minaj sees a video of them jamming to a song by a Ghanaian songstress known as Nana Fofie.

The song is a 2017 mashup and contains “Do Like That” by Korede Bello and “Mad Over You” by Runtown of Nigeria.

However, most Nigerians were not happy with the artiste and her boo for jamming to the mashup instead of the original songs. Some of them on social media subsequently veered their anger on Nicki Minaj and the Ghanaian singer for copyright infringement in the comment section.
