Last week, audio of Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin blasting the general manager of Royal TV, Mr. Amankwaa Agyamang who produced the 2 Pilot movie starring Lilwin and Kalybos as the main characters over GH¢10,00 movie premier appearance fee went viral.
In the audio, Lilwin was demanding to be paid GH¢10,000 before he shows up at the movie premiere in Accra and in Volta Region. But the man refused and it became banter between the two of them.

Well, days after Lilwin was criticized and condemned by a section of Ghanaians, he has finally come out to tell his side if the story to Ghpage.com.
According to Lilwin, When Mr. Amankah told him about the movie premiere. He made it clear to him that on that day of the premier, he was billed to perform at Otumfour’s 20th-anniversary concert which was to take place in Kumasi.
He was to perform with Stonebwoy, Article One, FlowKing Stone and others. In order for him to stop the show and attend the premiere, he demanded half of what he was to be paid at the concert from Mr. Amankwah to show up at the premier to boost sales. That amount was GH¢10,000.

As the producer of the movie, he accepted that amount and he asked Lilwin to help him secure sponsorship from Kpok33 which he was busy working on for the producer.
But the man refused to pay the money; Not even a small amount to book him and restrict him. Yet he also did not want Lilwin to go and perform at the concert to get money.
It was when Lilwin ignored him and went ahead for the concert that the man turned around to call him greedy. Finding the comment distasteful, Lilwin sent him an audio warning him not to describe him as such again.

Before that Mr. Amankwah Agyemang had sent Lilwin audio cursing him and Kumawood because Lilwin did not show up at the premiere.

In the same interview, Lilwin advised big men in big positions to watch how they treat celebrities because when Celebrities go broke in the future, these same people will turn around accuse them of misusing their opportunities.
