Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale were dragged to court today following their role in the pandemonium which occurred at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2019 on 18th May 2019.
Stonebwoy has been charged with offensive conduct conducive to breach of peace and display of a firearm in public without permission.
Shatta Wale, on the other hand, is facing a charge of offensive conduct conducive to breach of peace.
Shatta Wale’s lawyer in court was Lawyers Jerry Avenyor whiles lawyer Selali Wonya represented Stonebwoy. Both pleaded not guilty.

They were both granted GH¢50,000 bail with one surety each in the court presided over by Magistrate Isaac Addo.

They were few people gathered at the court to welcome Stonebwoy and cheer him up. Stonebwoy gave a slight wave and proceeded to enter the courtroom.

The case has been adjourned to June 20, 2019. In the meantime, both musicians were cautioned to be of good behavior while the case is ongoing.
