8. El Zamalek – Egypt – 1536 points
El Zamalek was founded in 1911 with the name Qasr El-Neel club. After several names change the current name was chosen in 1952.
Though over a hundred years old the club has never been relegated.
They have a total of 26 national titles (12 in the modern Premier League system). They have won the national cup a total of 25 times, including the last cup!
Internationally they have also done quite well with 5 CAF Champions League titles, finishing second in 2016, and having won a further 3 CAF Super Cups.
Still, they are only the second most successful football club in Egypt.
7. Al Hilal Omdurman – Sudan – 1554 points
Al Hilal (for short) was founded in 1930. With a total of 26 national titles including the last season and 7 national cups, they are a force to be reckoned with in Sudanese Football.
Internationally they have not done as well. Most notable are their two-second place finishes in the CAF Champions League (1987 and 1992).
