Manuel Junior Agogo is a Ghanaian former professional footballer who played as a striker and can be regarded as one of Ghana’s best footballers.

Agogo played for 15 different clubs over 15 years and was part of the Ghana Black Stars team between 2006 and 2009.

His extraordinary performance in the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations helped Ghana to a third-place finish.

Agogo scored a total of 143 goals during his professional football career before he was hospitalised after suffering a stroke.

Recently, the former Black Stars player disclosed that he is still suffering after getting down with stroke 4 years ago.

Agogo who has been bedridden since 8th December 2014 is currently recuperating and is still unable to use his right hand to write or do anything.
